developed poor eating habits and perhaps have low physical activity
levels.
Barring medical conditions, the reason weight is gained is because more food is eaten than is needed. In order for change, a person must first be aware of what, where and when they eat and discover just how much they eat. Why are you eating other than to satisfy real hunger, using excuses such as boredom, anger etc. Wake up from the old way and question “do I really want this"
Perhaps you have been discouraged for so long by trying diet after diet, only to fail yet again and have lost the picture of yourself as fit, slim and energized. Maybe you've lost the feeling of knowing when you are really hungry and in need of food or is it your emotions that are wanted to be fed.
Most people rebel against “you can’t eat that” or “stay away from !” They rebel and want it and want it now.

four sessions, you may choose to come for more. The first two
